Shipping and Returns

We love to use sustainable and eco-friendly materials and our packaging is no exception. Please help us help the planet by re-using, recycling or composting our beautiful packaging.

 

Shipping

 

Individual shipping costs are quoted at the time of purchase.

 

Once you make your purchase, we take great care packing your product/s and dispatching them to you as quickly as possible – generally within 48 hours of receiving your order. All parcels are tracked.

 

Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box number or Private Bag.

 

Mamo does not take responsibility for shipping services. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

 

Delivery within New Zealand

 

We offer free shipping for all orders within New Zealand over $200.

For all other purchases, individual shipping costs are quoted at the time of purchase. All parcels are tracked.

Should you change your mind we cannot reimburse return postage costs.

International Delivery

 

We ship items internationally!

 

Individual shipping costs are quoted at the time of purchase. Orders over $300 are eligible for free shipping.

All parcels are tracked.

 

Please note our rates do not include local taxes or duties that may be payable on arrival in the country of destination. These are the responsibility of our customer. Please contact your local Customs office for further information.

Should you change your mind we cannot reimburse return postage costs.
 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 

We want you to love our textiles! So if you are not happy with your purchase or you simply wish to return it, please contact us at info@mamocollections.com with detailed information about your order and question or concern. We will endeavour to respond to you within 3 working days.

 

We will accept items for a store credit or refund provided the goods are received by us within 30 days of the purchase date, they are unused and in their original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If an item arrives in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us within two business days. We will provide you with either a full refund or a store credit. Please note that variations between items are inherent to products made by hand, and we do not consider these to be faults.

Mamo is not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to surface; damage caused to the products by you or another party; or loss or theft of an item.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

 

Mamo reserves the right to refuse to accept the return if the item does not meet the above

standards. Mamo does not take responsibility for receiving returned items.

 

Please note: Customised items and sale items cannot be returned.

 

Gift Wrapping

 

Our textiles are the perfect gift for someone special! So, if you are making a purchase as a gift for someone, please let us know by by requesting our gift wrapping service in the 'add a note' box at checkout and we will beautifully gift wrap the item/s for you.

 

Please note that multiple items will be wrapped as one parcel.
